Delivery and Tracking
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s official website.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to appear after receiving your confirmation email.
All successfully paid orders placed on our website will be processed within 1–2 business days (Excluding public holidays).
For pre-sale items, order processing will follow the estimated delivery schedule indicated on the respective product page.

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to guarantee safe and timely shipping.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
To reduce the risk of loss or theft, we strongly recommend requesting a signature upon delivery.
If you waive the signature requirement, Ruitoo will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If You’re Not Available to Sign for Delivery
If you anticipate not being home at the time of delivery, you can manage your shipment through FedEx Delivery Manager:
Redirect your package to a FedEx pickup location (free of charge).
Reroute the delivery to another address or reschedule for a different time (additional fees may apply).

Please note: Once a shipment is signed for, claims for loss, theft, or non-delivery will not be accepted.
If the product packaging is damaged or broken but does not affect the functionality of the product, you will not have special return rights. In such cases, return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.
Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled or addresses modified before they are shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.
If you wish to cancel an order after shipment, we will attempt to intercept the package, but the success rate is low. Interception fees range from $100–$200. If interception fails, you can return the product after receiving it. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.
