Since 2011, RUITOO has been dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of electric scooters. Today, we focus on creating next-generation electric scooters designed for off-road adventures, daily commuting, and urban mobility, bringing smart and convenient transportation solutions to users worldwide.

At RUITOO, we take pride in our state-of-the-art testing equipment and strong technical expertise. Every product is independently developed by our in-house team and holds design and structural patents. Our scooters meet the highest industry standards, certified by CE, MSDS, UN38.3, DG Transport, EN-17128, EMC-15194, UL, and SGS, ensuring top-tier safety and reliability.

In 2023, we officially registered the RUITOO brand in the United States, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom. To enhance our global reach, we established warehouses in the U.S., Canada, Italy, Poland, and France. Additionally, we registered a RUITOO subsidiary in Italy, where we have opened two retail stores, providing a hands-on experience for our customers.

We are committed to strict quality control, holding ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 certifications. All our models have passed UL2722 testing in the U.S. and CE (EN-17128) testing in the EU, meeting rigorous safety and performance requirements.

To ensure superior product quality, we have developed a comprehensive testing system, equipped with advanced facilities such as motor performance testing systems, battery aging testers, salt spray chambers, and fatigue testing machines—all designed to uphold the highest industry standards.
