From the top right corner of the RUITOO official store, select your currency and language, browse and choose your preferred products, add them to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Once we receive your order, we will immediately arrange for shipment and deliver your purchased electric scooter to your specified address within 3-8 business days.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

Quick checkout is available through ShopPay, AmazonPay, GooglePay, PayPal, and ApplePay.

Additionally, we support Klarna for installment payments and buy-now-pay-later services.

Ruitoosports.com gift cards can also be used during checkout.

Get a Discount on Your Purchase

Enter your email and subscribe at the official RUITOO store. You will receive a subscription email with a link to apply the discount. Click the "Apply Discount" link in the email to get a $50 discount code for your shopping.

Using the Discount Code

If you are using a desktop, apply the discount code by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. During checkout, locate the discount code section on the right side of the page and enter the valid promo code. Please note, only one code can be applied per transaction. Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

After placing an order on a RUITOO Official store, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email serves as proof that your order has been successfully received and confirmed by the store. It typically includes details such as your order number, a summary of the items purchased, the total amount paid, and the shipping address. If you do not see this email in your inbox, it is advisable to check your spam or junk mail folder to ensure it hasn't been mistakenly filtered.

We are unable to make any modifications or changes to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to make any changes you may cancel your order (must fall within our Cancellation Policy) and place a new order with the correct information.

Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to handle orders efficiently and carefully. For in-stock electric scooters, the processing time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, your electric scooter will be shipped via logistics carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. After your item has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

For all pre-order items, we will provide an estimated shipping date. You can find the estimated shipping date under the item in your cart during checkout or in your order confirmation email. If the item arrives earlier than expected, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and the item is shipped, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

RUITOO electric scooters are stocked in multiple warehouses across the United States, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Australia, and other countries. When you place an order from your region, we will ship your scooter directly from the nearest local warehouse in the US, EU, or Australia.

Important Notice: Before placing your order, please select your currency system from the top-right corner of the store to view product specifications and inventory availability specific to your region.

We have partnered with logistics providers such as FEDEX, DHL, and UPS in your region to handle the delivery of your order. Depending on the distance between our warehouse and your location, your order is expected to arrive at your specified address within 3 to 10 business days.

Your warranty is a priority to us. Kindly allow a processing period of up to 10 business days for in-stock warranty parts. Once your order is processed, expect to receive an automated shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking information, as soon as your item is on its way. Batteries will ship separately from all other items attached to your order and require a signature at the time of delivery.
